How do I book a session?
Please call me @ 256-962-2799 or email amanda@littleyellowhousephotography.com to check the availability of your date. If your date is available, simply pay a $25 booking fee to book your session. This fee is nonrefundable and is applied toward your total package amount.

What if it rains on session day?
In case of rain we will reschedule for the next available day. No worries! 

What to wear?
Clothing is very important to a photo shoot! Be sure to select clothing that makes you feel good & you can be yourself in! If you are uncomfortable, your photos will more than likely show it! Be sure to try on clothing the day before to test it out. We want you to be able to relax and be yourself, so that your true personality comes out in the photos!
Vibrant colors photograph well, as do accessories. Hats, scarves & jewelry add your personality to photos and make for great pictures! For families, try not to be too "matchy-matchy". Instead of everyone wearing the same colors & prints, try working with a pallete of colors. This will coordinate the family as well as give the photos a more natural look!

Can I bring a change of clothes?
Please do! Clothing changes add variety to your photos! Just be aware of the time and plan clothing changes accordingly. For larger families, I wouldn't recommend more than 1 (maybe 2) clothing changes, due to the fact that larger families take longer to capture.

How many images will I get to choose from?
Each session is different so numbers vary. Generally I try to give between 25-75 images. Keep in mind I only post the absolute best images so your selection will be a little easier for you.

Can I use an image from my session for holiday/senior cards?
Absolutely! I offer custom designed cards!. Or you may purchase a single image on disc along with a copyright release. If you choose to add a disc to your package, you will also receive a copyright release allowing you to print as you wish.

How do I View and Purchase my photos?
A preview of your photos will be available on our blog and/or Facebook page about 1-2 weeks after your session. 2-4 weeks after your session you will receive an email notification letting you know your images are ready to view & purchase along with a link to your personalized proofing gallery. You can order prints safely and securely from this site and they will be mail directly to you! 

Can I buy an album?
Yes! All albums are custom designed and priced depending on the number of images/pages in the book. We have a number of cover options to choose from! This is how albums are ordered:
Once your proofing gallery is up, you choose a number of images that you want in the album. 
Give me 2-3 weeks to design the album. Once you approve the album design, give the album 2-3 weeks to be shipped directly to you!
